My holidays

I remember when I went to a place near  Caburgua's lake, in the south of Chile, with my family in summer 2018. We rented a very beautiful house located on a hill. It had many rooms, which was perfect for us, because we were a big group. There was my father, his wife Marcela with her mother and sister -who came with her daughter-, her three children and a boyfriend of one of them, my two sisters, my girlfriend at the time and me.  It was very fun being all together in the same place. Some times it could get a little bit crowded beeing with so many people, but aterall we had a good group relationship. We did many different activities such as -of course- bathing in the lake, trekkins, going to the towns near the area, for saying a few of them. I would say thtat was one of my best holidays because, first of all, we were in a beautiful place, surroundend by nature and the wild. A country i'd like to visit

As I am writing this right now, I can feel the smell of the food in the oven, which makes me remember a chapter of the TV Show called "Chef's Table" about a turkish cook. Through the chapter I was able to see the huge world of turkish food: the farmers markets, the culture traditions related to food and the immense variability of plates and savours they handle in the kitchen. So yes... as person interested in different types of food and cultures, and as a good eater, Turkey is the country I would like to visit. First of all, beacause their immense world of food, deeply realeted to the different cultures that live there. And second, because I considered Turkey as a bridge country between the west and the east part of the world.  I'd like to live there four a couple of months, so I can have enough time to learn about the different cultures and the arts of turkey cooking.
