I still remember when in January 2020 I heard the news, still distant, of a virus that had been unleashed in a city, whose name I had never heard, in China. It seemed to be another chapter in a story that, I thought, I would know about only through the news or social networks. It is incredible to think that we have already been stuck in a pandemic for more than a year that has had such a reach throughout the world. At the beginning of the quarantine, everything was very new. I remember I had a class stoppage for almost a month and a half at the beginning of the year. During that time I took advantage of doing many things: I dedicated myself to cooking at home, reading books, walking my dog every day.
